COVID-19 Updates
PHASE FOUR. Our region remains in Phase 4 of Restore Illinois, the statewide five-phase public health plan to reopen. Many facets of regular life have resumed subject to the continued use of face coverings and social distance. This is the most advanced phase until there is a vaccine or effective treatment for COVID-19.
FREE TESTS. You can get COVID-19 testing without symptoms, insurance, a prior appointment, or a doctor's referral at any IDPH community-based testing site. The closest site is at 102 W. Water St. in Waukegan and is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or while daily supplies last.
