COVID-19 Updates
STAY HOME CONTINUES. Yesterday, the Governor formally extended the Stay at Home order through May 29. Some notable changes include:
-
Face coverings are required statewide in public places where six feet of social distance cannot be maintained, including all public indoor spaces such as stores.
- Households must limit the number of visitors to essential stores to the minimum necessary.
- Non-essential stores can resume operations to fulfill telephone and online orders through curbside pickup.
- Fishing, boating, golf, and some state parks may all reopen.
- Animal grooming businesses may reopen.
You should continue to stay home as much as possible; wear face coverings when outside the home; and maintain at least six feet of distance from members of other households.
SPRING CLEANING CHANGES. The May semi-annual collection has been cancelled. You can still drop off many items at the Village's Recycling Center.
DON'T GET STUCK ON STICKERS. New and renewal vehicle stickers are postponed. No household has been mailed a renewal application. You will not receive a ticket for displaying an expired sticker.
