Make a food resolution for 2018, and take the first step at this month's Cookbook Book Club. Adding more meatless meals? Trying more fruits and veggies? Learning to use an instant pot? Making bread from scratch? Eating more chocolate?! Cooking more quick, weeknight meals? Whatever it is, try out your new skills with us this month! Selected cookbooks will be on display at the library at least two weeks prior to the club meeting. Come browse and pick a recipe to make. Bring your finished dish to Book Club, and sample everyone's delicious foods, while discussing the topic.
