Madam President, Edith Wilson

After President Woodrow Wilson suffered a paralyzing stroke in the fall of 1919, his wife, First Lady Edith Wilson, began to handle the day-to-day responsibilities of the Executive Office. Madam President is a vivid and engaging portrait of the woman who became the acting President of the United States, months before women officially won the right to vote.

Registration is not required; however, we always recommend registering so that we can ensure we have enough seats and that the room is adequately setup. Program registrants can opt to receive a reminder email 3 days before the start of the program.
